Passers keep the ball away from a defender in the middle — teaches pass fakes, pivoting and quick decisions.

Setup
3–5 players in a circle, one defender in the middle.
How it works
- 1Players pass around or across the circle.
- 2No lob passes over the defender's head.
- 3If the defender deflects the ball, the passer swaps into the middle.
Coaching points
- ✔Fake a pass to make a pass.
- ✔Pivot to create passing angles.
