Knockout
Fast elimination shooting game from the free-throw line — make your shot before the player behind you makes theirs.

Setup
Players line up behind the free-throw line. The first two players each hold a ball.
How it works
- 1Player 1 shoots. Player 2 shoots right after Player 1 releases.
- 2If you miss, rebound and keep shooting from anywhere until you score.
- 3If the player behind you scores before you, you are knocked out.
- 4After scoring, pass the ball to the next person in line and go to the back.
- 5Last player standing wins.
Coaching points
- ✔Encourage good form from the line, not rushed heaves.
- ✔Knocked-out players can do a quick side task (e.g. 10 form shots) and re-enter.
