Setup
Place a cone in the lane about 2 metres from the rim as the 'defender'.
How it works
- 1Attack from the wing toward the cone with a strong dribble.
- 2Pick up the ball and take the first step toward the cone.
- 3Take the second step across your body, away from the cone.
- 4Finish with the hand away from the defender.
- 5Do 10 reps from each side.
Coaching points
- ✔Sell the first step — eyes and shoulders.
- ✔Keep the ball protected and swing it away from the defender.
