Setup

One line at the right elbow extended (shooters, with balls), one line at the left elbow extended (rebounders).

How it works

  1. 1First shooter dribbles in and makes a right-hand layup.
  2. 2First rebounder times their cut, catches the ball before it hits the floor and passes to the next shooter.
  3. 3Shooters go to the back of the rebounding line and vice versa.
  4. 4After a few minutes switch sides to work on left-hand layups.
