Star Passing
Players stand in a five-point star and pass across, following their pass, to sharpen passing and communication.

Setup
Five lines arranged as the points of a star, about 4–5 metres apart.
How it works
- 1Pass to the line that is two spots away (across the star).
- 2Follow your pass to the back of that line.
- 3Call the receiver's name before passing.
- 4Add a second ball once the group is comfortable.

- ✔Step into every pass.
- ✔Target hands — chest-high, crisp passes.
